Check an unfinished payment
Return to the same payment and check its status before trying again.
Checked in a browser · Existing unfinished donation status read in Chrome on macOS on the owner’s current login. Its amount is masked. No Continue, Cancel, checkout preparation or payment submission was used. This is status recovery evidence, not a completed invoice payment.
Print opens your device’s print options. Choose Save as PDF if available.
Before you start
- Use the same signed-in account that started the payment.
- For a guest payment, return in the original browser. Keep its payment page private.
Open the payment-status link shown where you started.
For a donation, use Check payment status. For a balance payment, return to the same statement. Sponsorships are listed in My sponsorships.
Check the purpose and amount on the status page.
Make sure it is the payment you want. A previous receipt and a newer unfinished payment are separate records.

Follow the status message for that payment.
Continue the existing payment only if that option is offered. If the page says it is checking or processing, use its status or refresh action rather than starting another payment.
You’re done
You have checked the existing payment without starting a second one.
Don’t see this?
- My bank shows an entry but the app is still checking.
- Do not pay again. Keep the existing status page and contact the office with the message you see. Never send card numbers or security codes.
- I see an older receipt.
- Check its amount and purpose. Use the unfinished-payment link from the account or page where you began the newer payment.
